The staff seemed to help each other out too, which was very nice. Example: Before the car came in, I wanted to get the feel for the one I'd ordered, but the saleslady was off that day, so another salesman got a similar car and went out with me to get an experience of it. Good place... I was interested in working with this dealership as a few people in the area who know dealerships and cars recommended this dealership. Everyone was friendly and the dealership has a good ambience. I worked with Beth Clemmer who is very knowledgeable and not a high-pressure salesperson. It doesn't seem to be a high-pressure place and the salespeople like working there.

I drive 70 miles to get my cars serviced here because they treat you like family, they don't try to pull any of that sneaky stuff like other untrusted dealers do. I love McDonough and would recommend this dealership whether you're as close as Harrisonburg or as far as Winchester, trust me, it's worth it.

We got a good deal on the new car, and they were more than fair with their appraisal of our trade in. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry, and they were able to expedite all the paperwork.
